I'llhavethat1
All I remember about those speckled ones is they seemed to chip a lot easier on the playground. Probably had a lot to do with the size/mass since they're larger marbles. Don't see them around much, but the ones I had were big and chipped. glangley
I have a few bigger ones, nearly three inchers I'd say. One is a white based red frit mib and the other is an MK blackwidow knock off, not sure what it's called, opaque black base with redish-orange patches. Both Vacor, but I do have some bigger benningtons, just not as big.
david Chamberlain
I've had those big ones as gifts from Vacor but have given them to the grandkids. They were made in the 80s and early 90s is my best guess based on acquisition. Definitely monster marbles. David
