BuckEye
I found this marble half or piece in Canton. I have yet to see it in a full marble.......so if you have one and want to let it go.......give me a holler. It is awesome with the little extra green. lstmmrbls
Very sweet piece. And I am really beginning to wonder why so many CAC marbles split in almost perfect halves?????? When I was at Jabo the ones that did not stay whole just kind of blew up into various sized pieces. And the groups of dug stuff I have from Akro do not seem to contain a lot of halves. BuckEye
Probably because Christensen is superior to every other marble maker in every way
Ric
I wonder if the diggers just had a bias towards halves . . . pitch the shards and keep the halves or larger cullet samples?
clydetul62
If you were a digger, and you had limited time. Wouldnt you leave the broke ones? Also, CA wasnt in busines as long as Akro. A lot of these CA were stuff right from on top of ground with no digging.
