it does look a little off for Vitro.

Pretty sure it is Vitro.  If you look at the two end patches are Vitro shape.  Would be the only non-vitro in a box of vitros. ....  Looks like some may have been dug

I too am unable to come up with a Vitro style name for it because it's a little off somehow.  

For example, the Vitros I can think of that it looks closest to are All-Reds and Tiger Eyes, but I wouldn't call it either one of those.

Maybe yours is a variation on the yellow and red one here.

I believe that is it!  I take it back there was one other MK with the Vitro group
