Leigh
Not in great condition, but am wondering if it's eggyolk or just yellow? Thanks!
Chad G.
Just yellow IMO, a Popeye cork
jhomer2172
White is too heavy and no clear base, an Akro cork but not a Popeye!

Alan
Yellow. If your camera/phone has Vivid or HDR turned 'on' in Settings, you might want to turn it off. It makes colors look unnatural.
akroorka
The term "eggyolk is associated with a named marble. "Oxblood and Egg Yolk". Akro has a nice deep, thick yellow, that as an individual you could call "eggyolk yellow". It was no doubt used in a variety of Akro Agates. In this case--I would call it yellow and a nice corkscrew regardless of the damage. I keep them and display them all. I would not discount this one being a "well filled" "Popeye". Popeyes come in a variety of shades and depths regardless of the color combo. Corkscrews--On!!
Chad G.
Akro "Blue Egg Yolk, no oxblood
chicagocyclist
Yep, most collectors want more clear on their Akro Popeyes but there's little bits of clear, so it could count as a Popeye!
