Melissa
Is this jabo? Seller says it’s champion.
Steph
Last I heard common wisdom was Champion for the swirly version. There's a non-swirly version which I think is called Master.
Chad G.
x2, Agree w/ Steph, I seen this one on Ebay also, Champion or Master, I'd say Champion, there is rumor the swirly type like this one might be Alley but as yet just a rumor & no provenance. It is vintage and not Jabo. The $9.99 bid on it now is about the limit of what I'd give for it, but to each their own. Chuck S. (cheese) and I were trying to nail down the manufacturer since the present ID is only an educated guess. He has a couple like this one, I have one like this and a darker one that's half av patch and the other half a very dark green base glass. EBAY LINK :: https://www.ebay.com/itm/385548378290?mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&campid=5338722076&customid=&toolid=10050 This is the half and half. The base glass is so dark it's very hard to get the av to show but half the mib is solid av, I suspect this one may be Master but who knows Either way Melissa's OP is a very beautiful marble

Steph
You've got me thinking though. My answer was automatic by the look of the marble. But now I see the size of it. .70 inch. And the mention of it being out-of-round. And now I'm thinking about some Jabo Tribute to Friendship marbles I have that I want to compare to these photos. Chad, are you familiar with the known size range of the supposed Champion version?
Steph
Okay, I found my Tribute to Frienship and the green sparkly stuff in mine is the flaky kind, not the fine shimmer seen here and and not nearly as dense as this marble.
