Maria BLanco
Hello, I am new to the group. My 12 year son is obsessed with marbles and the idea of going to look for marbles. He really wants to visit West Virginia this summer and search for marbles. Can anyone point me in the direction of public places to go or if there are any paid locations? I haven't been able to find anything online other than all the youtube videos he shows me.

Your son has the best place in mind--West Virginia. I just wish that I could take a trip there--I am not very good at traveling though🤢. Start with Clarksburg and hit the antique stores. Marble--On!! Steph
If you mean digging for marbles in the ground at a place with good odds for finding many marbles, like at one of the old factory sites, I don't think there are any conveniently or legally accessible ways to do that anymore. Steph
I think there are a fair number of marble shows which would be in reach for you. That would be a great place to go with your son.
