I’ve never sure that I’m making a good choice, but I’m always buying something I like and it’s always something that’s price right for me. so at the end of the day, I guess that’s all that matters, but it’s nice to be right once in a while, and to have some good ones. A "Muddy" will have a semi-opaque base glass. The light will shine through somewhat and many will show some opalescence. I know, hard to determine with the red but give it a try.
