The Nickel Guy
Now first off, these images are sharpened and brightened, instant fixed and what not. Lots of dust and criblets of mystery clinging to the surface of this new acquisition I brought home this morning. This is also UV reactive. This marble is in terrific condition but in hand quite a bit more subtle. Still very pretty. I'm leaning toward Master Marble Sunburst. I was thinking an Akro would have much straighter lines.

Criblets are more common in "Whisplers" than in Master Mades.( it seems like a UK word) Criblets and tea anyone?? Just sayin-- Of course this is all in jest--I will stick with English or Euro until @Mojo shuts me down--I almost hope that he does-- I am going to watch football now--Hook 'em Horns!!! Marble--On!!

I was lacking MM in my collection so I am happy. 2 minutes ago, akroorka said: Criblets and tea anyone?? You're thinking of Krimpets. Criblets (something I think I made up) are little teeny tiny crawly things and the stuff they leave behind. You don't find them without a magnifying glass but when you do you wish you didn't.

Yuk--is that why they really made blacklight--penlights? . I still think that "Criblets" is the coolest word used here in many years. I may just steal it in the future. Marble--On!!

Ric
I think Art may be on to something. It looks like some South American marbles I have seen. 2
