Mk? Strange neon base

I see patch ribbon right? Looks newer king then it doesn't. 

Weird neon yellowish base would this have a name?

Cool marble for sure.

It does appear to be a veneered type.

I would consider it to be an older MK.

Lets ask @Melissa for an opinion here.

Dave, i agree with Melissa. The last photo if you look at it, it shows red patch, yellow ribbons, red ribbons and then yellow patch, as with MK the patches will be opposite colors, but sometimes hard to tell. Chuck G---

I get so confused with the mks , so is this an early type?  Thanks

It's a little odd but it's an older (patch and ribbon) type.

Aha, yes - I missed the picture that clearly shows the full patch.
