Nvm I just read, marbles by other companies with same colors are also called “Superman” . But is this Akro? Or even vintage ?

Can you share the link?  It's hard to say what it is without seeing more views.

Nevermind.  I found it.  Not a superman, not vintage, and definitely not a $280 marble.  This is a modern vacor worth pennies.

Seller has 33K items it looks like, wow.  Most of the marble descriptions use multiple names, Pelt, Akro, CAC glass, lol.   I just started selling on eBay about a month ago and I’m trying my best for the best possible description.  When I don’t know I say that too but in a clear manor. Plus listing only about 10 at one time. 
Also when I buy on eBay I buy from posters here and on AAM that have asked for ID and a consensus has been reached on the ID.
