I didn't have time to describe these in detail, but they contain some good descriptions of shooting techniques and putting English on a shot.

Great stuff here bumblebee.
Have you ever come across anything regarding the Akro tournaments?

I do see stuff about Akro Agate donating marbles to tourneys for sure. Like 1933 in Illinois:

Edit: another from 1929

This may explain a few things.

I have three "Akro Champions poutches"--they are huge. 9"x5". 1926, 1928 and 1931.

Finding these is like finding a laying Rooster.

They will be preserved for sure but the info on these is nill.

I talked to Roger Hardy about them--maybe I should call him back with more questions.

Thanks and Marble--On!!
