Yep, too tiny. 11/16 and 7/8 I think were the sizes...

9/16ths is awful small for the Root Beer Float type, it would be a first ??

Having looked at the link Chad G. posted I think you're on spot with the Amber Honey ID. This is the first I've heard of them so I'm glad you posted your example🔥

Awesome stuff, can't believe it popped up in the UK. found in a large lot of mostly Euro sparklers and some cats eyes.
