This is one of those marbles that seems to be looking at me as much as I look at it. It jumps out at me in the crowd. I had this one for several decades and I'm pretty sure it came from an actual kids marble bag with all sorts of different kinds of earlier marbles in there. I don't think it's a veiligglas as other than Imperials, Chinese, and now Mexican marbles I never came across European machine made mibs in all my collecting days in the wild. This eBay listing seller does the usual, covering all the bases with search words, but obviously does not know either.
