A person on a marble website thats an IDer said this. They probably threw it away thinking it was dirty. 

"I would call it a Blended Dragonfly Rainbow, probably made in the 1950s or 60s at Paden City. It was probably discarded, and then dug up at the site sometime in the decades that followed. It is really cool.

My guess is based solely on Marble Alan's Marble King page, you have the marble in hand, and I make plenty of mistakes, so here is the link:
