I am thinking this because of looking at the cut marks and the 1/3 coverage. Master Made Marbles more often than not have 1/3 coverage vs ½ coverage for an Akro. The eye lashes are just a result of dull shears with wear (such as a dull scissors) where the glob of glass was cut off before it was dropped onto the rollers. No name from me here.
