Steph
I moved up here to Wisconsin from Oklahoma in 2001. I chose Wisconsin for the snow and we did okay through the years but now finally some good stuff! This was the largest snow event I have ever been in. After having a forecast of over 24" and then it shrinking to 8" or less, I was delighted with what our local observation station measured as 21.5. On the first day, before my houseguest and I got tired out from all the shoveling we would eventually do, we made my first proper snowman, with rolling the snow into large balls and everything. His name is Piney. ❤️ 1
akroorka
Just some snow--cool to watch and experience a "Blizzard" though. I have seen five or six Blizzards in my life—my wife and I met during one—we got stuck—lol. Wisconsin is a very cool state to live in! Marble--On!! 1

Melissa
I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life. I enjoy looking at the snow from afar but Im not a fan of shoveling it, driving in it, and I hate the cold. 😊
