These Peltier types are a nice one to hold and look at(even feel). Try using a small rechargeable penlight (cheap) and shine the light from underneath looking at the top of the orb. Also try UV penlight like the ones used to find Scorpions and “bed bug” detritus in hotels’, (Cheap) some marbles glow like a fire fly.
