  1. My understanding, slags are transparent base mibs with white opaque glass swirling within and/or on the surface. If the opaque glass is a color or colors other than white, then it would not be considered to be a "slag", correct?
  2. I also have few a number of them but most are electric and not this creamy burnt orange look. I will hit'em with UV and see if they fluoresce.
  3. Hey Craig: Mine is clear based and burnt orange makes sense, but all the opaque glass is on the surface. Bill
  4. Hey VTAndrea: I think you are referring to the middle marble in this pic, correct? Hard to see but this shooter is a clear based striped transparent. The surface is just about 100% covered with a creamy orange opaque "film" of color, to the extent that there is only one (very) small window to look through with maglight back lighting to see that the base glass is actually clear. Looking through any other surface location with back lighting, the mib looks like it has a creamy orange translucent base.
  5. Happy New Year everyone!!

Big lobed confetti, over 2-1/4". With pocket ware, guessing 1930's. Underwater pics to show structure.
  9. Some folded (uncorked, pulled seam, single seam??) mibs....
  10. Red Jennies seem to be trans red base with white swirls and Bloodies are the opposite, opaque white base with trans red swirls with shade variations.
