The artist is Robert(Bob) Hutchinson from Albuquerque, passed away in 2002. He and his family would do street fairs, used to see them at the Seattle University fair.

Found a local 2,000 mib stash this morning. Walked away with 4 marbles, and an old Hobie Super Surfer skateboard👍 For display only, at 65, my boarding days are long gone. We used to make skateboards using old roller skates and 2x6 boards. Couldn’t afford a manufactured board.
