We sell antiques at local shows. I always bag up a bunch of mibs for the kids, along with a cigar box to keep them in. I give them away until gone. The look on the kids faces is priceless when getting a free gift. The parents are also appreciative for something that is physical, not a video game. hopefully someday when I sell my collection, those kids will be there.

I went thru a 5gallon jug of mibs one day for a local dealer, probably spent 3 hours separating and pricing for her. I told her at the outset that I would not be offering to buy any of them, I was just having fun doing it. At the end of this, she gave me about 20 of the most collectible mibs as payment. I was humbled.

So close, yet…. I did find an old cane today made of black ironwood for $22, so that eases the pain a little. Tested it in my hot tub, it sank like a rock🤣

He also has a bunch of old canes and over 200 knives, so the agony is killing me.

My wife says she is going to start giving me stuff from my collections as Xmas presents since I can’t remember everything I have🤣🤣🤣

The seller i buy from on ebay started out by making golf ball displays, then shifted to marbles using smaller recesses. He has a sliding Plexiglas cover for dust control, Also good for earthquakes:)
