  1. That's a nice bunch of marbles, Joep. That hand gathered slag and the big red opaque are the ones that first catch my eye but there are a bunch of good ones in there!
  2. It looks like a Master to me.
  3. If the base is blue there is little doubt the other colors are off too. My guess on this one is Alley. But it's really important that the photos look like the marble in hand for a proper ID. The focus looks pretty good but I am not sure what might be causing your color issues. Maybe someone else will be able to offer some tips for correcting it.
  4. This is a fairly common Vitro Transparent Whitie.
  5. That bunch must've been collected over a whole bunch of creek walks! There is everything from soup to nuts with production spanning many years. I'm sort of surprised he's found so many.
  6. The AV is great of course, but I think the blue color on these marbles is exceptionally nice too - way to start the day!

    4 for Id

I never know for certain which way people are "reading" marbles when they are arranged like this.

The upper left is a tough one - maybe a weird MK. I think Vitro upper right, MK lower right, and weird Vitro lower left.
  9. The upper left is a weirdo - sorta looks like an atypical twisted up Vitro Opal to me - is the base opaque?. I think the rest are Alley.
  10. Bunch of nice Pelts, Tommy. I like them - a few are pretty unusual.

    Jabo Run ?

To me, it looks like there might be a mixture from a couple of the JABO Joker runs. And some of them, including the smaller pinkish ones look like JABO Classics to me.
  12. There are JABOs with metal - the "Lawnchair" marbles for instance, and rare marbles from the Peltier Mansion Investor Run actually have silver in them. There are also some Alleys, Champions, Peltiers and others that have real metal in them but their numbers are limited and it seems like more of a fluke (somebody tossed a coin or a beer can into the furnace) than an intentional addition of metal.
  13. That's a good looking marble, Joe - cool base and nice colors.
  14. It looks like an Alley to me and I have seen others that appear to have a metallic sheen in the ribbons - not exactly sure what it is but I don't think it's actually metal, more like chemistry of some sort.
  15. The left one looks a bit like a Vacor to me.

    Green swirls

There are lots of very distracting/obscuring reflections but I think Alley is a good guess.
  17. I'm on the fence Alley/Champion - atypical whatever it is.
  18. There's not much to go on. The left looks JABO to me and the right looks like it might be too.
  19. I think the Cat's Eyes are foreign. And the big clear blue ones are just machine-made marbles (Clearies/Purees) - industrial, games, crafts, whatever. No real way to tell who made it and it really doesn't matter since they have little collectible value. A bunch of different colored ones can look nice together though.

    Akro?

Well, the orange base color looks about right. I think the green patch is unusual looking. Unfortunately, it's too out of focus for me to say much more.
  21. Nice Alley Flame upper right.
  22. Conquerors are some of the most common older Vitros you will find - Phantom Conquerors a little less so. The difference is between the two is whether or not the body is veneered with white glass over clear transparent (Conqueror) or has internal filaments like yours (Phantom Conqueror).
