Oh, it looks Peltier, looks kinda like a submerged citrus in red glass. It's red transparent glass mutes all the colors so they probably didn't make many, this could be the only one. LOL! It will remain next to this guy.

Hello again, this may help. Try backlighting your marble. My marble has a red transparent base, like a ruby slipper with yellow and green opaque. It's not bright marble but not brown.

Just for fun, here's a marble I got off ebay. Thought it might be a Pelt. But it's got a tail, hand gathered. What do you think? Size is 25/32"

Hello everyone I've been busy trying to retire so this should do the trick. Been looking for a Hot August Nights car and finally found it. In 1963 this was the best you could get from the factory. Ford didn't use fins again and the first year for 289 cubic inch, with solid lifters from the factory. In 1964 they came out with the Mustang. I pulled the plugs and squirted oil in cylinders starting it tomorrow. I have a lot of marbles to sell if your looking let me know. I will put a post in buy, sell, trade. Have fun while you can!

If you pick up a marble and say, Damn!! that marble looks "just like" it has a snake (viper) writhing on it, that could make it a Snake. All others are Spirals and Augers. I typically use the terms Spiral and Auger unless I'm talking about a marble that looks like it might bite me. Spiral and auger from now on unless..... Thanks Steph I'm glad you like it
