  3. Great info everyone. Dave, I have never seen that before thanks for sharing!
  4. Ive noticed that the early alleys have a similar shear mark to the cac swirls. Thats why they are often confused with each other, And the bright colors obviously. The shear is a straight line and will have a little loop under it, looking like a smiley face almost. While most cacs swirls I have will have a straight shear and another straight line loop underneath. Ill draw a picture and try to post pics for comparison.

  18. Anyone collect these? I realize that they were often faked but the two I just found are very heavy old glass with oxidation irridation maybe from bring dug? The marbles are bullet mold types, cool stuff. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Craig One is The Bilton Harrogate, t turner and co. Dewsbury. The second is j slater bury, cannington shaw and co St Helens

  20. Great scores. I see you are moving to the dark side, your CaCs might get lonely be careful .
  21. Marble is 49/64" and obviously pelt in hand. Has multiple areas of feathering not just what is shown. The glass is a cherry red and my camera on the phone captured it pretty well. We had a great thread in May about these. Someone mentioned they were all HG. I didn't hear them say there was feathering though. Any thoughts? Pelts slags about 3/4 are HTF in general I believe. Craig
  22. 7/8" brick 21/32 on the black/blue lutz. Thought the onion mica was cool, little damage though Hope you enjoy!
