  1. Yeah, me too. I know I didn't pay that much for my small ones. Hope someone can give you a useful lead.
  2. With the blue ribbons around the equator your marbles look kinda like the less well-known Vitro Blackies.
  3. This is a Dragonfly: http://www.joemarbles.com/1marble%20picture%20pages/13MarbleKing/Marble%20King%20007/1%20Marble%20King%20Large%20Pages/Marble%20King,%20Inc.%207-36.htm
  4. More Criminal Minds (Season 1 -- pre-Joe-Mantegna) ... and Charmed. What kinds of things about WWII? Ah .... I found Apocalypse on Wiki.
  5. It's that time of year again. Hopefully this year's results will be .... neater ..... than last year's.
  6. To me Matt's marble looks like a white ribbon in a very dark cherry base. Does that ring any bells for anyone?
  7. 40% Peltier, 40% Vitro, 20% Venusian
  8. Just got done with tonight's episode of Supergirl. Turns out Supergirl and her sister are fans of Homeland, which was strongly recommended to me yesterday.
  9. I think Alley on the first. Nice one there too. Is that the one called a West Virginian?
  10. Yes. Vacor for both. Pretty sure the second one is a Vacor Hurricane.
  11. Agree. Beautiful Akro corkscrew.

    Not Sure

I could see that being either WV swirl or a Vacor. But with no cutlines showing, I guess I'll lean WV swirl.
  13. Eeek! I think there may be new evidence, saying that even the clear based ones are Alley, not Champ. Something Larry Alley said on Facebook about someone else's clear-based green one. Backed up with reference to p. 58 of his book.
  14. So very much -- a veritable feast -- I feel silly asking about a simple clay -- but does one of those clays have a special symbol on it?

    Boulders

Mike, that tunnel look on your K&M is something else. Am I seeing Peerless Patch boulders up there? Bill, thank you for the underwater picture. Looks like a sea creature. Very interesting. Thanks for the Bennie, Bumblebee. I have some clays I could fish out. But mostly I wish I could find the long ago article which described a game they played with boulders a hundred years ago.
  16. And a few more. (these were posted by BobandPat)
