  1. :) Pretty sure the first one would be Alley or Ravenswood. But which? Maybe I could figure it out, but someone will happen by who knows without looking it up. What size is the second?
  2. I tried to find some turkeys made out of marbles to bump the thread with. But apparently that's not a popular craft item.
  3. Licorice? Gotta go find some fennel .....
  4. I coulda sworn I saw Ruby Slippers built like that. But so far I haven't found where.
  5. That's still how I'm leaning. Would still feel better with some firm confirmation. Kind of surprised at that lack of confirmation. But different people have sent feelers out and apparently there is much doubt.
  6. We thought this one may have been discussed here before. Does it look familiar? Description given: The backlight picture makes the marble appear amber but it's more of a brownish red. It also has bubbles within. 5/8"
  7. Cranberries. Whole fresh cranberries. (Okay, freshly frozen cranberries.) Warmed up in the microwave. With a little bit of sugar.
  8. Even if I were a bachelor, I'm sure I'd still have the same row of aging and expired condiments in the back of the refrigerator as I have now.
  9. Galen, are there dug Akros like that?
  10. MFC and Akro made their own. I'm not sure about whether people believe Alley made it on purpose or not??? Yes, accidental oxblood is still oxblood!
  11. Sooooooo pretty in person. Even after seeing all these beautiful pictures I was still surprised by how nice they look in hand. ♥
  12. Years ago, Masters with ox seemed to be mythical creatures. Have any been found?
  13. I see what sclsu is saying. From these glimpses, that looks like a Wales marble .... except for the ox and the blue base????? The second choice given that structure would seem to be Master .... except for the ox????!!!!
  14. It hasn't felt like winter here yet, but that will change at the end of the week.
  15. Yes, confused me for a bit also. Then I thought about the morning. Sunset getting later on the 16th doesn't mean a longer day, because sunrise also is later. The day shortens by one more minute before the solstice. Then on the 27th it gains a minute back.
