  1. Ok that’s good to know and that’s why I ask the pros. I suppose if I knew what every marble was I would start becoming less interested or that’s been my M.O to this point in life. I started thinking it was more modern which the more pastel colors and the fact it really doesn’t fit very well with my Akros, see.....lol it’s like Where’s Waldo? I’ll call it my Waldosaki Marble
  2. This is a 1” Shooter I think it’s an Akro Agate 5 color patch with lashes I would love opinions please. Thank you
  3. After talking with the person I bought this from I’m convinced it’s an Akro Agate hybrid popeye. I’m purchasing a few more from the seller whos Uncle worked at Akro Agate. I’ll share them here with everyone
  4. I found a few Akro color comps in one of my patch cases it’s starting to look like this one could indeed be Akro. Which would be nice because the day I got it my Jabo’itis kicked in but after looking at it more I started to consider it’s possibility of being a very nice hybrid popeye. But I just wanted to get opinions from my colleagues to help me out. Thanks ....here’s the ones I referred to color wise. Seems like my mystery marble would fit right into that pow wow. But I have an opportunity to squire a large box of marbles being offered to me under the pretense of “Akro employee” gave these to me, was told some would be cold roll or floor sweepings or oddities as this is what the seller was told
  5. I’ll bite...all are Akro or vitro Helmet patch
  6. Acquired as an Akro possibly experimental from a “friend of an old Akro employee” could be a hybrid popeye maybe? Vacor Michael Angelo ? Or ? .... none the less gorgeous marble approximately 39/64” to 5/8” size thanks y’all
  7. I have a couple like the orange swirl I always thought they were Davis.
  8. Cool thank you I appreciate your time I’ve never seen one of these before and I like to think I’ve seen Hundreds of thousands of Peltiers.
  9. Hello I have what I believe to be a Peltier It’s 39/64” inches in diameter. I’ve never seen one with this golden color on it really cool. If anyone knows what this marbles name is I would like to know. I’m not a huge fan of Peltier Marbles I’m an Akro Lover and pretty much stick to them as for adding to my collection. Thank you for the info.
  10. Thank you Steph I’m thinking Akro as well.
  11. Hello I’m thinking Vitro On these but the colors and aventurine drizzles in the first marble and colors coupled with patterns on the next two would be unusual for a Vitro in my opinion. But the options are limited, Peltier? Marble King? My vision is beginning to trick me here any help is appreciated.
  12. Hello I’m going through my “I don’t know” box in an effort to store and organize my marbles with their like made friends. So, that being said any help with the identity of this MIB and a few more to come later would be appreciated. At a time I thought this to be Marble King, Now I’m thinking Akro or Vitro. I’ve managed to confuse myself attempting this on my own as only marbles can do. Officially, I’m unsure of the maker and would like to file it accordingly. Thank you!
  13. When yours gets ID’d I’ll know what mine is too. I’ve thought this one to be Vitro but I’ve never been wholly certain. I’ve had people tell me it might be a foreign made.
  14. ID’d as Leighton. These came from my Grandmothers attic. Taken out of a box that hadn’t been touched since the 1970’s. Thanks for the reply
  15. I’ve had these three marbles for a while now and I’ve never known exactly what they are. There’s a butter and syrup look along with either an additive or near surface air bubble action going on. They are all out of round. Anyone know their ID? Thanks
  16. Nice ones! There’s certainly a resemblance here. I have several bags and boxes of marbles that were taken from my grandmothers attic when she passed. I’ve been sorting thru these as my time permits. This marble, came from this attic stash in Palmerdale Alabama
  17. I’ve got a few Metallic Champion Swirls. But I don’t have anything else metallic in a swirl. Better pic here;
  18. A very nice marble here that has a CAC look but the metallic in this one gives me pause. Anyone know the ID of this one? Thanks
  19. I’ve had these for some while now and I’ve always thought they were a foreign made but sometimes they have a Vitro or Peltier appeal non the less I would like to know for sure the identity. I haven’t seen any other ones like these. I have two handmade marbles that match these in colors. Thank you.
  20. Thank you for the pics it helps. Solid information is hard to get
