  1. Yes, this pic isn't that great but these three Akroware plates I have really show some great opalescence, just a bad pic on my part, you can barely see it in the first plate. I think @William has some exactly like em ??
  2. The seedy glass is the only Kokomo trait I recognize, when it comes to I.D.ing them I usually steer clear
  3. Another onionskin lutz, this one w/ a white skin instead of yellow, just a touch over 7/8ths. A flash was used in this pic.
  4. Two pictures of the same marble for this "Thüringen Thursday" an onionskin lutz, first in natural sunlight then in artificial.
  5. All amber slags, a good deal of them may be MFC, the biggest one especially, I'm not really a slag manufacture I.D person except to I.D. them as a slag (i.e. American or foreign)
  6. Hmm, on second look they may all be Akro ? Definitely no Germans
  7. There may be some other makers slipped in there ?? Thanks for the quick reply I thought I was seeing things
  8. I agree w/ MFC on the one specified. As far as the others all purple slags except I see two w a strange partial amber or brown looking cast or reflection on part of them ??
  9. Well, I see at least one Alley & a Marble King David .....
  10. Ashtrays are still my favorites, first pieces of Akroware I ever had were ashtrays. Some real beauties Bill, my mouth waters every time I see em ....
  11. Man !! What a difference Brother, another couple weeks and you'll be completely healed up, hang in there my Friend
  12. Agree w/ Pelt cub scouts on both
  13. No oxblood, oxblood has a different appearance & silvers also have a different more translucent (ace type) base, here are a couple slightly different silvers to use for comparison. Agree w/ Roby, both look like some form of West Virginia swirls to me ??
  14. @ or near 100 w/ high humidity, guess if not for the high humidity it wouldn't be quite as bad I think my air conditioner started talking to me today about my finances ...
  15. ........ A little is ok but this is getting ridiculous ..............
  16. Already posted it in General marble glass chat yesterday but twice can't hurt
  17. You're welcome, whatever ya do "Have fun"
  18. Once you get a good setup in an inconspicuous place just leave it to forego the hassle of setting up again, most of the time "less is more" Here's a link to one of the cheapest simplest setups I know of w/ some fantastic results. Marbles are one of (if not) the hardest things there is to photograph. LINK : https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=46681
