  1. Nothing on the bottom but I'm sure it's Akro. I scored it 3 or 4 years ago if memory serves me right, I remember someone @ the Seattle marble show having hundreds of pieces of Akroware including a few like this one in 2017. The dart type pattern is common to several pieces Akro made. I know you have a few pieces w/ it on them ??
  2. I still see transparent clear running through opaque red, very evident in the first pic. Never seen a slag like this. The red is supposed to be transparent in a slag with white swirling through it, not a slag IMO
  3. Oughta pix so time to s'more. The largest piece of Akroware I have for this " Happy Akro Friday"
  4. One more for this "Thüringen Thursday" an 18 stripe clambroth, also from the 2009 auction. I sure wish I had the foresight to hold onto some of these
  5. Peltier Christmas Tree Peltier Super boy Jabo ?? Akro, messed up corkscrew
  6. Alright, some of those clays he had posted about !! Nice to get the orig. packaging w/
  7. Yes, some nice looking older run serpents Brother
  8. Happy "Thüringen Thursday" All 3 of these are from an auction I had in 2009 and saved the pix from. First is what I'd call a submarine, w/ just as much going on inside as outside, one pontil is faceted and the other a melted pigtail, so I'm dating it somewhere between 1850 and 1870, early German marble production. Next one is a Joseph coat. @ just over an inch w/ a lattice looking jell core, both pontils on this one are unfinished. Not sure what you'd call this one ? w/ amethyst base glass and yellow swirls going through it, I call it a single pontil transitional. The pontil on this one is unfinished and appears to be broken off and left.
  9. I see transparent clear running through opaque red, I know a slag is transparent base glass (green, red, purple, etc.) w/ opaque white swirling through it, the first pic really has me guessing swirl, maybe a backlit pic would tell the tale ?? ... wait I'll join Art ..
  10. Definitely Oxblood, nice shape to, what a killer
  11. Thanks Sherri, I thought I was seeing things for a second. Maybe a couple closer views of the uv reactive one will get a more precise I.D. for you
  12. The first 4 appear to be more Peltier rainbos & # 5 from what I can see is some form of west Virginia Swirl IMO/. Do you have a UV. light nearby, the last one appears to be having a uv reaction in the last pic ?? Might just be a light reflection ??
  13. #1 = MCR Multi color rainbo, #'s 3-5 all look to be MCS (Multi color swirls. #3 looks like it has a swath of oxblood in it ? HTF & worth triple or more than the others depending upon condition. #3, suspected oxblood
  14. A punch board from the tavern, you pay for each punch hoping to be a winner. It's an older board (vintage yes) but they are common. With a little "Luck" & searching you'll find the exact board. The value goes way down if any punches are made on the board. 15. Here's a link w/ a load of pix of each color LINK : https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?t=39942
