Haven't posted this Onionskin in some time. A marble I auctioned off in 09. Very clean, nothing but internal (gas) air bubbles & asmades, Faceted on one end and a pigtail melted to oblivion on the other helping to date it sometime between 1850-1870 after which nearly all faceting was done away w/ to make room for the game board market where most all handmades where smaller & had two unfinished ends, for this "Thüringen Thursday" almost forgot, 1 & 19/32nds"

Nothing to be sorry about, appreciate the Ebay link, you'll have a hundred posts before ya know it. We had to do the 100 post thing because of 1 or 2 shady characters, nothing on you

The "Buy & Sell" forum won't appear here to new members until you have a hundred posts, after which the forum link will become visible to you. This was done as a precautionary measure to protect all members.. AAM has buy sell & trade rules as well, I think their minimum post amt. is 25 ?? Here's a link to their rules "Good Luck" & thanks for posting your Ebay sales link AAM "Buy Sell, & Trade" LINK :: https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=7811

The thicker blotchy lines are metallic & the thinner more uniform lines are copper, throughout the entire marble & going w/ the flow of glass so not from the rollers but already mixed into the glass in the tank. Not a trait, this is the only Alley I have like this or have seen.

I prefer #1 or #2 as compared to the exposure correct w/ polish #3, just my opinion, looks like they both show more detail than #3. I don't know if it's the shading or what ?? They're all 3 good pics.

Not really, I was given the Buffalo nickels, as well as the Kennedy, Just kept them as mementos. Which one were yo referring to as being "Gold" ??

I Just got off the phone with Andy McLaughlin in Alaska. A couple people backed out of purchasing the "For The Love of Vacors 2nd edition" book. This is your last chance, the price is $70.00 per. book + $10.00 shipping. If you want a copy he asked if you could please call him ASAP @ 1-907-573-2023
