I was gonna say Lemon Lime but somethings a little off ?? Or "added" ?? I see a kind of blue tint in areas, or maybe it's just my monitor ?? Cub Deere ?? I'm lost ?? Nap time, my head is starting to smoke .... LINK :: https://www.peltiermarbles.info/nlrs Translucent type

Click on he links I posted above, Pirates are "frosted" black base w/ Red and white ribbons not yellow and red. Vacor twisters are "unfrosted" black base w/ red and yellow ribbons like yours. Both vary in size from 5/8ths to almost 2" just going by what I see. Nap time for this old man, see y'all later this afternoon

This is what I found Art, looks like an NLR IMO, a dilemma for me also ?? "Tweener" ?? Pffft, I don't know, one person says it's this, another the other, guess we'll just wait & see what transpires ?? Agree w/ Art, Pelt Burnt Spiderman
-
That'd be my guess !!

I must have been having a bad day Brad, this one sure looks Vacor to me, the others look like Pelts. Now I remember you showing them sorry if I I.D. this one as Pelt.
-
You have a Vacor IMO, but you can call it whatever you wish.
-
Not seeing Pelt or a clown, I think it's a Vacor, maybe a twister ?? IMHO. Wish I had better news, I hate to be a downer LINK :: https://www.billes-en-tete.com/detail.php?id=63 Vacor Pirates have a frosted finish and have red and white stripes LINK :: https://www.billes-en-tete.com/detail.php?id=162 Here's a Pelt Black base clown ; LINK :: https://www.peltiermarbles.info/rare?lightbox=dataItem-krp20kcb LINK :: https://www.allaboutmarbles.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=53602&p=386198&hilit=peltier+black+clown#p386198 This ones Ron's, the link is from AAM

YEs, gel core's are VVHTF, I only have one (also naked blue solid core) the condition of both yours & mine blows me away. All the marks you see are internal air bubbles, the surface is clean. Mine is almost a Pee-Wee !! What size is yours Rick ??
-
All West Virginia swirls to me as well, no CAC visible
-
Has the looks of a type of Submarine Joseph Coat but I've never seen one that big ?? It may be the end of cane "something" or a cane worked contemp. just hard to tell, I do see a bit of hitmark damage. Whether that's from dropping it or not I don't know. Wish I had a more definitive answer for you "Weird"

I was wondering about @AvvaRae (Avva Rae) and if anybody had heard anything ?? It's been a while & I got nothing but good vibes from her. I PM her long ago but to no reply as of yet. Just a note, she seemed like a genuinely kind person, her & her family are on my mind as all of you are

Peltier Glass Toy Marbles Update
Chad G. replied to machinemades's topic in General Marble & Glass Chat
It's become VVHTF and quite spendy. The post you're on is 6-7 years old, here's the most recent Ebay sale ending today. I see about one every couple of months come up for sale, I think about 4 in the last six months becoming more expensive each time. They were sold out almost as soon as Sami got them. Okay last Ballpark Pricing & Possivld ID
Chad G. replied to StevenJustSteven's topic in Marble I.D.'s
I just seen a real Pink Panther sell for under $100.00 last week on Ebay, I had it on my watch list to see what they were going for. I know, I know I should have saved the sale. I'll try and bring it back up ?? It looked almost identical to this one on the Peltier I.D. site. I looked @ this listing, "Buy it now" I don't think this listing is a Pink Panther or even a Pelt IMO, Gonna be there a while unless an unwary collector or a newbie w/ a lot of money stumbles by, a "scam" IMO LINK :: https://www.ebay.com/itm/305208748762?hash=item470fdbeada:g:pH0AAOSwNvNlLXwt&amdata= Ah, I found it, here's the real deal LINK :: https://www.ebay.com/itm/166517337680?hash=item26c534ee50:g:7cgAAOSw0l9lh6Mg&amdata= There were a couple sold, one had a bit of av in it, the marble wasn't mint but I guess somebody really wanted the av ?? Personally I don't own or wouldn't have any polished, but that's my personal take. The cost of polishing any of yours will far outweigh the value, i.e. most all are common type & size, Latts or divided ribbon core. I have several @ and over 2" w/ a very minimum if any damage, but collect what you like and do w/ it as you like, you're the only you you have to make happy, just my 2 cents Randy

I guess today is minimalist "Akro Friday" for me. I'm calling this one an Eggyolk oxblood patch, w/ minimal ox and a borderline type eggyolk Nonetheless it is an Akro patch.

Re: Is this a peltier inky Report Quote Post by EdNargel ยป Sat Dec 16, 2023 6:59 pm I've seen Inkys with everything from an opaque vibrant yellow to an opaque off white to a translucent yellowish base glass, but what determines them as Inkys is that they all have the same vibrant inky blue ribbons like the one in Paula's pic. Naked Banded gel core IMO

There are pix of two individual ones in Ricks post, the Red one and the Green individuals show it the best. These are two good shots of the so called "Fish eyes" in the " Akro Flinties"
-
"Welcome to Marble Connection" Look forward to seeing pix of your mibs
-
Base does look correct but the ribbon color isn't quite "pink" enough IMO, yours is kind of a peachy orange like you said, bummer !! I don't have one either & only seen them in pictures. LINK :: https://www.peltiermarbles.info/rare?lightbox=dataItem-k7ghq8so2
