Last of the peppers. Whatever is left out there is too small to worry about. Also just a handful of tomatoes. We'll see what makes it too enjoy the last couple of warm weeks. Sad day indeed 😭

And tonight, from Midnight until 8am, the National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for my area with temperatures dropping down to the lower 30's. Maybe the next night also. That will slow them down for sure. BUT, they might make one final appearance for the year because we're supposed to be back up to the lower 70's by the weekend!

Luckily, we didn't have much of a problem with those this year. Last year, different story as they set up shop in my foundation out front. All it takes is a small crack and those ground bees are on it. The only time I actually saw them in small groups around the yard this year was at the hummingbird feeders. This year was the year of the Wasp for me, like the one pictured. I rarely use my front door, and those things had built a sizable nest in between the doors! I burned up a whole can of Black Flag on it. Must have been at least 20-30 of them. And down the street at Patty's son's house, they were infested with them around their garage and shed. Betcha I destroyed close to 20 nest's around both buildings! I also get those oversized shiny black mud dobbers in the basement once in a while. They are about an inch and a half too two inches in length.

I've got one that's quite comparable too yours Neo, only difference is mine has a single, tiny little line of yellow on one side and was ID'd as an Imperial. Nice Master you have there 👍

Starting to get lethargic...

This one is kinda difficult to capture, so hopefully I got some good angles. There is one whole side of this 7/8 shooter that is one pocket of air, or a giant air bubble. There is actually a piece of one of the veins poking through into the air gap.

A couple of flea bites here and there but still not bad Vitro's for coming out of a jar...

Even has that wobbly, out of round trait one will find with MK's....maybe more opinions are needed? Interesting thought Steph 👍
