  1. I thought that this might be a sparkler but who made it? 18 mm (0,709”) and beautiful.
  2. Here is a picture that better captures the core threads.
  3. @Ric Please, edit and dissect as much as possible. 😊 The core is thin as a sewing thread at points and way more visible to the naked eye that to the camera. I don’t know much about latticinios but this one is nothing like the ones I’ve seen. Mind-boggling! 😬
  4. Please elaborate on the glass subject. Comparing it to the Master marbles, I think it is more interesting and better composed. But that’s me.
  5. The two to the left have been identified as Masters and the one to the right is the one you’re guessing to be a Master. There’s a noticeable difference in size.
  6. About three weeks ago I posted about a handmade swirl that I would or would not be able to bring home. You who identified it, did so as a ”Yellow Latticinio”, perhaps with a left hand twist. Long story short - I picked up the parcel today. 😊
  7. I honestly don’t know what to write here so I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves as much as possible. I am looking forward to your thoughts and ideas. ♥️
  8. After a fun trade on @Mojo initiative I ended up with some really good looking marbles and he got a selection of viking themed souvenirs. Some of the marbles have no ID and this is the first ID-thread from that trade. I’ll be posting these particular marbles as the ”Raid trade” 1, 2, 3 etc. I am so happy for the help and knowledge that you all may provide. So! Here are the first three. 1: 17,5 mm (0,689”) 2: 16 mm (0,63”) 3: 16 mm
  9. Glad to see that you are happy! Thank you for the trade. 😊 The marbles will show up at one point or another, here on the forum.
  10. Thank you all for your input. Then it goes into the contemporary box. 😊
  11. @Berryb So beautiful and intriguing, Bruce. 😀
  12. This came with a recent lot. It has a pontil at one end and some sort of pontil at the other end where tiny glass lumps/bubbles are at the surface. I hope the photos show what I mean. About 24 mm (0,945”) in diameter. It looks hand made to me. What do you think?
  13. It’s like yellow sometimes responds with a red/purple glow, at least in some of my marbles. I discovered two more yesterday.
  14. These two comes from a bag of TGI marbles. Absolutely beautiful. 😍
  15. Very nice! And you have a few, right? It’s interesting what @Steph said about the colours.
  16. Thank you for the info. I didn’t know that. 👍🏼
  17. I just got a UV flash light and flashed straight down in my marble boxes. 😄 Most of the marbles didn’t respond or responded very little or partial BUT these yellow opaques had an amazing glow. Don’t know if yellow responds in general or if these are special. THEN I discovered something so cool. Together with my latest lot came two snippets of glass. I don’t know if they were ment to be marbles or not. They are round but not even and have pontils at both ends. And they glow green! 😍
  18. Thanks! I will do a follow up on these marbles, later. I was at a second hand store and what the staff neatly had put in plastic bags, the kids had ripped open. So there was a large container filled with empty plastic bags and marbles. I did a quick digging and picked the ones that looked interesting.
  19. Just picked up a large handful. Do you see anything that you recognize?
  20. I have seen small, transparent silicone o-rings... That feels like my thing. 😎
  21. Interesting. It’s always good with a counterweight. How new is newer?
  22. I do. Stephen’s videos are great. I was very excited to see that he has started a series on European marbles. 😀
  23. Thank you for your input! I realize that the cat’s eyes are tricky to pinpoint. With the tiny amount of knowledge that I have so far, I would also go with Veligglass on the first one. Perhaps also on the last one. The second one reminds me of the delicate blood vessels in an eye. 😊
