    Liberty would be my ID - pic of bag of them. The swirls (vanes) on smaller ones are more closely packed- spread out on larger ones like yours.

    Nothing definitive but I have always thought 60's+ There are a lot of Japan packaged cat's-eyes out there. Here's a couple. Also, many with the 6-vane, 3-color type cat's-eyes.

    From the bottom - Vitro Cat's-eye; handful - bottom one slag; top one and one below - Peltier Rainbo; 3rd pics up - Vitro cat's-eye; 4th pics (group) up - Vitro cat's-eyes; 5th pic up - cage style foreign cat's-eyes; yellow & white a little above - Peltier Rainbo.

    No answer to either question. I am hoping that Gerald Witcher gets his book published. Last I heard he was waiting to hear some "final word" from Beri Fox but she had not gotten back to him. That's been several months. You might contact Gerald on those two questions.
