Found this one mixed in with some common stuff in a box in the closet! What do you think it is? Looks kinda peltish. thanks jon

I looked through all the Jabo posts on the WV marble club site to see if this one was a Jabo, couldn’t find any even close but i wonder. What do you think? It’s 3/4” and in great shape, no dings. thanks jon

My wife found this one in a second hand store. Its just under 1/2” and sparklie around the “flower”. What is it? I’ve seen lots of cats and especially like the big multi color Anacortes cats but this one is wierd, is it even a cat? jon

X3…….nice find! Stay lucky! jon

In other words, it doesn’t have a “name”! It’s just a black ( maybe) pee wee. We can’t even tell who made it. Usually a marble gets a name because of a distinct style or color or design and none of that is happening here. So no “name”. Oh, I guess you can name it if you want, most names these days have come from us. jon

Common clearly surrounded by swirls and a couple pelt Rainbos . jon

I’m not sure what or why the question as to my first post. It seems pretty straight forward. And certainly lots of peeps “collect” all different types and makes and values in marbles…. Oh and sizes lol! All I was intimating was that the Pelt was probably the more valuable one in case that was something they were interested in. I collect mostly middle to low high end marbles mostly from the big four. And by that I mean MFC, CAC, Akro and Peltier. ( should make that 5 and include MK) .However, after obtaining over 20 years, a good representation of what they made, I’ve began recently getting Pelt Rainbos and some Vitro’s and Jabos! Hope that clears things up, thanks wvron. jon

Oh and this is one time smaller is better, pee wee’s are usually priced higher than your standard 5/8” mibs. As are 3/4”, so surely desirable especially in the big four! good luck! jon

The Midnight Special…….. lol, it’s just a black (maybe) Plain marble, but one of the real experts can probably come up with more than I can! jon
-
Pre wee’s 1/2 in or less…….. nothing special in that bunch except maybe the yellow one, far left may be a pelt, need more pics of all around the marble. jon

x2, like those green ones! jon

I’m saying slag, probably Akro, all the red rooster pics and posts look much more transparent in the red base glass and more solid white stripes, not feathery at all. But I’m not into Vacors too much but to each there own. I like vintage muscle cars but my good friend collects VW beetles, se la vie! jon

I’ll go with Vitro’s, no pelts in there! jon

Yes, nice bunch, love those oxbloods and bricks! Silver on the first one! jon
-
The number four looks more like a solid core but a-men on the rest. Nice find if the price was right, these are all collectable of course, but not high end value wise. jon

Yes and a nice one too!! jon

Amber and red slag of adventure. Is is a slag or a swirl? .70

Not seeing any seams or road and tunnel. Did not Akro do early hand gathered too? Hence the kinda vague 9? jon -
Sooooooo.. Pelt nfl? Or rainbo? Looks more nfl but not bloodie or cherry bomb or ruby slipper. Pic attached if CB. jon

Agree with the striped transparent, not a slag. Last one looks kinda orange but lighting can do a lot. jon

A member on here posted several pics of CACs and this marble was one of them. I have not seen one like this is any book of post for IDing marbles and was wondering what it is callled, is it just a CAC transparent swirl of some kind? Rare?? thanks jon
