Nice ones. I give you a trophey for the marbles and a thumbs up for the awesome deal.

You have amazing photography skills. If I could be half as good at that I would be quite happy with accomplishing that. I had an idea that with you great images, you could do searches on Google using the upload image function for ID (and do ask here as you have too). That way you will find some like yours below and most all of them are already ID'ed for you. However, some people misidentify what they pictured for either deception, or they just don't know what they have. Go with the general consensus. I TRIED to leave a link here where I used your top marble image but it did not work for the post but it worked for me doing it. They are Cat's Eye type. there are many different kinds of them so it narrows things down. Just an idea. Once you figure out the type, then study a bit about that type. It takes time and effort to learn about marbles but it is fun and worth your time. Link FAILED

It looks like there is a bit of translucent along the white to me in a couple places. nice ones for sure.

I do not think it is Vacor

Looking Jabo to me but that's just a best guess.

I would be thinking Marble King Rainbow with a strange mix of some of that brown and white blended in the patch.

I have a question hiding here on pg. 14 at the top I guess. Are the current Michelangelo the same marble as the current Eclipse? I can't seem to differentiate one from the other. If there is a difference, what would it be and Thank you!

They come in glazed and not glazed. I am pretty sure in is a China Bullseye Marble but not from China. From Germany, and more ceramic than porcelain. It is quite old. I have a couple similar and was told here that they are usually found smaller than yours. bigger is better and condition and quality of the design makes it better. Of course, I have often been wrong. I like it.

I am not showing off here. I am admitting I have (OCD) these and they are pretty much in alphabetical order and on a spreadsheet. I try to exclude the less than mint examples but there are some and I have made note of it. They'll get upgraded but they are tougher with the transparent type and a bit aggravating at times. I save the nets from assorted bags at Hobby Lobby and sort the contents and make up my own 24 player 1 shooter bags. I use free images on the internet or AI and a font generator and dream up my own tags and have them printed 12 to a page on quality card stock. I cut them out pretty well with my shaking hands and voila! I made a set. Here's a couple examples. So here's three bourse table showcases pretty much loaded up as much as possible. Most all are 24+1 but I am short many shooters. They eventually come along. My spreadsheet says I have a total exceeding 10,000 Vacor Mega Marbles. I Then I have some big ones, Cobbles to Jumbos but mostly the 1 incher duplicates in the cases. Finally, my 5 cheesy cases with sections to keep em separated and counted. Yes, they are alphabetical too. Oh yeah, the Lego sheet has the weird hybrids and some are really crazy or it has some exceptional specimens I plan to put in a display sometime. Thank you for looking. I hope you enjoyed it. I like them Mega Marbles, some not so much but they are a lot of fun for me.

I haven't had much to post lately but I can always pick one outta two. I like the one with the red stripe and I don't care for the crease in the second. These are Akro Popeye Corks right?

I have not seen these before but . . . I like em! I agree they have that Vacor look. Neat design.

I must have gotten these (Top half) during a run of Blue Tang making that lacked the sufficient deep blue swirl colored glass and these are more green. I don't think they are a named style of Vacor but if the are, please let me know. For now I shall call them "Tangle". Seems appropriate for the situation they put me in. Pictures are fairly close to color I suppose. Thanks for looking.

Superb Rooster for sure.

I have been searching still. It thought it could be a "Twister" lacking yellow? But I see now that Glasfirma made a marble with these colors they call "Black Beard" and in the USA a frosted one could be "Pirate" but still, those are two patch marbles and this is clearly a swirl. I may be mistaken but I might have found this in a Mexico Canicas De Vidrio Assorted Net Bag. Maybe one of you people sent it to me in a trade? VA?

A few times I showed marbles to a non collector person and they seem to point them out. usually the girls or kids will like them. The last time it happened I was in line at Hobby Lobby and a lady said "Ooooh . . . that's a pretty one". Coincidently, I just assembled 5 sacks of 37 players an hour ago and those were what Mega Marbles is currently calling "Confetti". However they are actually very iridescent 6 vein marbles. The frit covered ones were what I always thought were Confetti's. I make up sets of these but they don't do much for me. I get the frits in Mega Marble assorted bags along with boring solid color opaques and clearies and making up 24 + 1 shooter sets seems to be the only way to deal with them. Everybody is allowed to like whatever they like, so I see nothing wrong with them. Actually I find some that are a bit outrageous and I put them aside.

I just thought they resembled the Woodland Camo and posted to show others what a similar Alley (in my opinion) looked like since it was in question by the OP bumblebee. The closest Alley color combo I recalled looks different so that might just help clear things up. It only took me 10 or 15 minutes to find the video and compose my post.

Real nice marbles. They do resemble Alley Agate Woodland Camo which Ron Shepherd highlights at 7:50 ish on this Stephen Bahr video.

Welcome, and I like your photography and the nice marbles.

I got a small jar of these mostly Vitro Conquerors today in a huge antique mall. $15.90 incl tax. I thought that was pretty good. They were dirty. There was a green Akro slag hiding in the middle that was battered and it didn't make the picture. Also a pee wee clearie is elsewhere now. There are two in the right hand side that I am pretty sure one is a Master and the other is a strange one. Both of these have been warriors with lots of honest play wear but no fractures or chips. Then there are some of the usual WVS in the forefront and a couple that are not Conquerors I guess, but might be Vitro, One has very subtle pastel colors and a double line red patch but I don't think I can photo it. The rest are really super nice Conquerors, some Victory and maybe Phantoms. There are 5 Vitro Whitie out front. I am well pleased with all 80 marbles in the picture and it is time to rearrange my Vitro collection display, (Click for larger)
