m!b$
The seller doesn't even say anything about condition or give an accurate size. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Marble-Peltier-Super-Boy-/111196395552?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&nma=true&si=70hsfLnjsJ9bJVymazPRBQoVf7Y%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

William Marbles
It's a bit smaller than a dime? See attached picture. Can you educate me? Is it always better for the marble to be bigger? Thanks - uncledmund That's crazy on the selling price. Spiderman at that.
Speed Racer
Miller Gray coat? At 5/8 my guess. Rare mib!
m!b$
That's a quarter, not a dime. I doubt that I can educate anyone. However, most collectors prefer to know the exact size, and not just have a coin for comparison to guess at the size, especially if they are going to spend hundreds of dollars. And it looks like a Spiderman, not a Gray Coat.

Speed Racer
Hello, can anyone else see the opaque white base thru the transparent blue? I am also seeing the grey. I thought Spidermen were on an opaque baby blue base.

m!b$
Yes, it is my business. I have a Spiderman miller-type, and it's a big shooter too, with a nice pattern. It's for sale, and now I'm thinking maybe I should ask more for it.

m!b$
You'll have to wait a bit. I don't have it listed yet. But here's a few I did get listed. I'llhavethat1
Awesome pattern, bold colors, condition looks great from the pics. I can see why somebody would want this for their collection to fill an empty Pelt spot and they had a lot of $$. Plus there looks to be a bit of transparency so it might look even cooler when backlit

clydetul62
For me there is something not right. The second pic doesnt show the pelts cuts as normally. The pic also shows where it makes "flamelike" points. Very uncharistic on a pelt.
I'llhavethat1
"The pic also shows where it makes "flamelike" points. Very uncharistic on a pelt." Agreed, but if you picture it as part of the fold it might not 'seam' so unusual (see what I did there?)
m!b$
That marble has a noticeable fleabite that shows in pictures 3, 4, and 5. I think the base is opaque blue and it is just an optical illusion that makes some of it appear lighter or grayish. Of course I could easily be wrong. Here is my "Miller" Spiderman, which is for sale for much less, and is much bigger. I got it from Marblealan a long time ago. When I look at it in hand, some parts of the blue base look lighter than others, but it is completely opaque blue. http://www.mibcollectors.com/view_lot.php?marble_lot_id=9980&back_link=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mibcollectors.com%2Fprofiles%2Ffor_sale.php%3Fview_member_id%3D38118%26keyword%3D%26keyword_refinement%3D%26exclude_keywords%3D%26photos_only%3D%26individual%3D%26condition_start%3D%26condition_end%3D%26size_start%3D%26size_end%3D%26price_start%3D%26price_end%3D%26status%3DAll%2BFor%2BSale%26orderby%3D10%26offset%3D%26quicksearch%3D%26limit_member_id%3D%26searching%3D%26limit_marble_collection_id%3D%26submitted%3D1&back_link_description=
