Help with Id please

Found this under the floor in my house. 11/16 is size. 2 pontils and a streak of red and possibly black in the center.

Hi.  Welcome.  I'm not great with the German handmades, but I'm pretty sure that one is called an onionskin.

Cool find.  Under a floor makes me wonder what else might have been under any floor in some of the old houses I lived in, lol.  Agree that it's an old German onionskin.  Sometimes the clear base has filaments of colored glass running through the middle from pole to pole and that's likely what you're seeing.

Trying to convince my wife to let me tear up the rest of the floors lol. It was actually in a squirrels nest under the 2nd floor so I'm thinking they may have been in the attic originally. There's probably a bag full marbles up there somewhere lol. Here's a pic of some other treasures I found with the marbles.

Maybe start with a metal detector out back though and not jump straight to tearing up that house!
