It has a pontil at one end and some sort of pontil at the other end where tiny glass lumps/bubbles are at the surface. I hope the photos show what I mean. About 24 mm (0,945”) in diameter. There are a lot of Chinese glass items, including marbles for sale in the USA and probably worldwide. You can even buy Vacors on Alibaba. Search Alibaba for what you have and you will more than likely make your ID. The links explains "lampworked" which is more than likely "torchworked" which yours looks like to me.
