marblenewbie
Clear, transparent and lots of bubbles. 1st photo shows a pontil or a hit, not sure which. Small veins/strands on one side, fatter ones on the other. CATs eye for sure, but did a certain company make these and is there any value over regular Cats Eyes. Hard to get right lighting
Chad G.
Eight vein is common on a cat, 9 vein & Crosthroughs are less common. The mark on the end is from the shears cutting the hot glass as it was was coming out of the gobber. 100% machine made, pontils only appear on handmades, shear marks appear on machine mades. All machine mades marbles are "cut' twice, once on each end of the gob before spilling down onto the rollers.

wvrons
Machine made marble, no pontils. Very common low value Asian Cat Eye. Value is about one cent to five cents if mint. With a hit or chip Zero. It is nothing like Vitro Eight Finger Marbles. Which are $30.00 to $150.00 each.
