wvrons
More like Jabo marbles made on old Vitro machine. I don't consider Jabo and 1994 old. Plus what difference does it make, made on what machine ? A marble machine just makes the hot glass glob round. You can make a sparkler or a bumblebee, or a swirl, or a cat eye, all with the same marble machine.
TNG
If I saw this label I would just assume that they meant these were from one of the Dave's Appalachian swirls runs or maybe a SMM run. Something not branded Jabo but made by some of the same team members or on the same equipment.

Nice to know more and how the marbles you mentiond were made How they got a certain pattern and how to make and continu that pattern in a run , how they make the flames on an Alley ? or the bands around the equator on let us say a bumblebee ? Ric
So it seems they are from the Pennsboro Buddies Run (Dave's Appalachian Swirls, 10/22/2020).

wvrons
D.A.S. if 3/4 inch they were made on the new machine that Dave had built in 2013-2014. If they are 5/8 inch then they were made on a old Vitro machine bought from Jabo. 1
