Alley Agate - Shimmering Spruce

If your marble is an Alley, then I think it is a little older than the Shimmering Spruce.   Not quite 100 years old, but nearly.

Of course with the basic green and white it could be other makers.

Aventurine sparkles aren’t always that easy to see. Please see attached photo of aventurine obelisk. You can see the sparkles but they are subtle.

As with the mica discussion earlier, your familiarity with the stone version is forming a bit of an obstacle to  understanding the appearance of the glass version.    (Edit: Is that a stone obelisk?  It's definitely different from the glass typically seen in marbles.)

Chad's photo shows what a Shimmering Spruce will look like.  The Spruce aventurine is different from the mineral.  And it will be clearly visible at the surface of the marble.

Your ribbons have a depth pointing to an older Alley or a different maker.

I’ll defer to your expertise on this one.
