Steph Posted April 22, 2023 Report Share Posted April 22, 2023 If your marble is an Alley, then I think it is a little older than the Shimmering Spruce. Not quite 100 years old, but nearly. (Edit: Is that a stone obelisk? It's definitely different from the glass typically seen in marbles.) Chad's photo shows what a Shimmering Spruce will look like. The Spruce aventurine is different from the mineral. And it will be clearly visible at the surface of the marble. Your ribbons have a depth pointing to an older Alley or a different maker.
