Box ID?

I've never seen anything like it so I am skeptical. There is no line around the inner sides of the box to suggest the marbles have been rolling around in there for decades. Why the holes in the box? And how would the seller know the marbles are Akro?

There are close ups of a green and another blue one where you can see little slits, probably at the poles, that are usual for Akro Chinese checkers. The green also looks like the right color too. IDK a thing about the boxes as well.

To me looks like a box to hold marbles within a game box.what ever the game might be. But i really dont know.

These are corner boxes for a game. Chinese checkers more than likely imho. 
60 marbles adds up here.
I would have to have them in hand to determine the maker.
The marbles came packed in these boxes as part of the game. 
There may have been two more boxes included with the game, one in each corner
The game--name wise or manufacturer itself--I cannot determine.
I feel pretty confident here with this one.
I would "buy them now" @ $25—that is about it for me. I may find a home for them in the future—or not.

I search boxes and games everyday, I have not seen these----that I recall anyhow.

Definitely corner boxes in a larger box to hold the marbles separate from the other playing pieces and or the board.

I would be very careful.... I use to work on rotor die machinery with paper web. That being said something looks off. Especially the poor cuts on the circles. If it’s a game why no color.
