Well not tonight but last night.
Porchetta rolled roast, all fresh herbs.( I had to dry brine it overnight-the fridge still smells very nice)
Asparagus salad—blanched, cooled and dressed.
Olive oil mashed potatoes (I cheated here and used some leftover jars of gravy from Thanksgiving—not too shabby really).
There are leftovers—yumm, I cannot wait.
I just love this stuff---cooking and preparing meals.

Sadly, my wife’s taste buds were wrecked by covid a few years back ( she did like the Asparagus though).
Taste buds on!!
