akroorka
Can you blame me for purchasing the marbles in the first image—about $30, I do get lucky-but only because of the years of research that I have done. The next image shows what was sent as a bonus. Who does not like a bonus? This marble is crackeled but it is wet-mint on the surface. Is this a marble that someone decided to”Crackle” or just a very weird Pelt? I see two av colors here, blue and white. Is it a “Tiger”, a “Wiger” or a “Wasp”? I just love this stuff--- Marble—On!! Chad G.
OP is a Tiger, Wiger's have two different base colors ( 1/2 Red & 1/2 Orange) and can come w/ or w/o av Here's a Wiger w/o av, it's not mint but one of the best examples I've ever seen IMO. Ric
Some nice Holly Berries in the group and I'm intrigued by the green on dull white ones, Art. Do any of them glow under UV? As for the Tiger, it sure looks like it experienced some sort of thermal shock but if it was intentional, I think it would be even more "crackled".
Chuck G
Art, nice group. The "Golden Rebel" be a good one to buff out or a slight polish to it. Chuck G---

Chuck G
Sorry Chad, this computer shows a yellow base with red and black ribbons, you are probably right, my bad. Chuck G---

They do not glow but they sure are different--and, I have a good row of them😁. Here is another image of them. I have not seen this type before. The glass reminds me of some lamp parts that I have seen--I wonder? Marble--On!!

Chuck G--- I know Chuck, I almost mistook it for a Reb myself, one of the best examples showing separation of colors I've ever seen in a Wiger.
