When would a Peltier MCS like this been produced?

Here’s a tricky question that is open for debate. The OP is a MCR that spun a little bit on the rollers. These can also have straight ribbons that merry up at both seams. The MCS came off the Miller rollers and have no visible seams. So? Is this a Rainbo or a swirlšŸæšŸ”„

For some reason I like the blue/yellow better. It's a larger cub-scout MCS. I'm not finding any like that.

Yes, I grabbed the first two. They have excellent size, no flaws, very attractive and a great deal. The one that looks like a cub-scout is a little higher. I haven't gotten that one. All by the same seller. 1930s is a long time ago.
