Maybe a Vacor Lorekeet, as close as I can come Vacor wise, the brown and yellow ribbons are the only thing hanging me up. It may be just another run or Foreign to the US and Mexico, I'll leave it up to you.  It does look Vacor to me though.

Al's picture looks like earlier Hurricane.

From what I've seen, and even with Mega Marble tags, there are three very similar current models. One is called Tie Dye, One the new style Tree Frog, and then Hurricane. I have read someplace that the Hurricanes can't have black lines or swirls but I know the others I mention are pretty much the same mib and do have black. This one has brown but no black and I think it is the most recent Hurricane type from Mexico.

This one is a Vacor Hurricane imho.

Bust them down one by one and consider that many look the same as the first.

This is a long running marble made by Vacor for good reason--they all look good.
