    I own some Vitro Elites. They are now called "superiors" and they don't look like this marble.

    I passed on this marble. Does Shamrock make flames? I've never seen any of his that flamed, but I haven't seen much of his work. I don't think it's a remelt, but it may very well be a torch marble contemp. Just don't know.

    Thanks to everyone for the help with this marble. Big John's picture is great. His has more ribbons than the one I'm showing, but I'm convinced it's Marble King from the looks of that pic. Thanks John, and prayers for your family too. Edna

    The white parts make me think veneered so i never considered CAC. ??????

    How could I tell if it's a remelt. i looked for bubbles --- none. I looked for punty marks ---- none.

    So we think it's a Peltier, Vitro Agate,and Marble King? It sure is pretty.

    The marble is 5/8th inch.

    This one is about 3/4 inch in black, pea green, and some white. Need help in identifying it.

    I think it may be Peltier??? It's so pretty it must have a name. The base glass looks pink in most areas, but one stripe of it next to the red ribbon looks pale blue. Anyone recognize this marble?

    I forgot to say that it had the same colors as the one in this post.

    I saw one nearly 3 inches in diameter at an antique store in Texas. It had some damage and the asking price was $500. It wasn't there very long so I have to think someone bought it.

    A contemporary marble artist would not leave the surface of the marble looking like your antique one. You should have a good laugh over that complainer.

    I have contemps in that style. However, the glass in your pics looks old.

    I know from experience that those medical bills keep coming in for 18 months. From doctors and specialists and labs and others that you never ever heard of. Just when i would think it was all over, here would come a fresh one. Thank God for the end of of.

    I just heard that Danny Sink passed away June 22nd. He was the investor in the Mamie's marbles.
