These marbles were made by the boxcar. There really weren't any special runs that i know of, although some may have fortuitously turned out better than others.
Here is a good example of Lutz that Chad posted - it looks like flaky gold. There is none on your marble.
Yes, it's a game marble. I am not sure about AV - I don't see any sparkle. It may just be some excess colorant that precipitated out of the glass mixture.
My first thought is that CAC Sunset Swirls with Lutz are as real as unicorns.
Beyond that, I would want to see photos of any seams (where the red and white meets up on the left and right of your first photo) before I would attempt and ID.
Not Pelt, like Fire said, but it doesn't strike me as an Imperial. The seams look kinda Akro but nothing else does. I am thinking early Vacor, El Aquila, perhaps.
This one is a real weirdo. I don't think it's CAC, Pelt or Vitro. The best I can come up with is a Master error, which would be hard to find, for sure. It's a strange one, IMO.
It is a hand-gathered transitional and I would think there is a melted "pontil" hiding in there somewhere, and that long line looking business is just a distraction.
