  1. The JABO Classic runs are not named per se, but they can often be described by the season (mostly Spring or Fall) and year of the run (1992-2008), and I think Dave McCullough named a very small number of specific types himself over the years.
  2. @chucks_mibs Here you go - a Dark Red Cloud (CA#5) next to a Red Cloud (CA#4) for comparison.
  3. Happy Birthday, Chad - I hope you have a great day!
  4. @chucks_mibs Ahh, Vegas for quite a while now, I guess it has been a while. 🙂 Let me poke around and see if I can find a dark red cloud. I'd be kinda surprised if I didn't have one somewhere. And you should check out Stephen Bahr's YouTube videos on El Aguila - they made some really nice marbles.
  5. Given that this is a nice enough marble, and odd enough that you're having a time getting a handle on it, and the colors (especially that yellow in the first pic and the splotchy orange), and the fact that you are in California, I would encourage you to also think about early Vacor possibilities - El Aguila, perhaps, it sure wouldn't surprise me.
  6. It looks a bit more Akro than Master to me too. But I need to learn more about El Aguila - that wouldn't surprise me either.

    Vitro?

It looks a different for a Vitro All Red but I think that's what it is - maybe just chalk it up to the large size.
  8. It looks like a Master to me.
  9. This one looks like Ravenswood to me.

    Jabo?

    Asian - Imperial type.
  11. I want to say Vacor "Tidal Wave".

    Moonies?

It's hard to tell, but none are jumping out at me as Moonies (maybe the top one?). Moonies usually appear white in hand but they are translucent opalescent glass that sometimes has a bit of a blue cast to it. If you back-light them, they will show an orange opalescent glow. Here is a good photo of such opalescence that Melissa posted some time back. Your blue ones look like they might be Master Cloudies.
  13. Thanks @Nantucketdink ! Any idea what the 1992 pre-Classics look like? Do you know if there even are such things?
  14. I'm with Alan on this one. Not every marble is worth having. If it was mine, it would never be seen again.
  15. I wish the photos were in focus so you could see detail better but here are the top two reasons I think it's a JABO. 1) The white "corkscrew" is base glass and not striping glass which is typical for Jorkscrews. 2) The "corkscrew" terminates in a point like a swirl.
  16. It does look like there might be something sparkly in there Joe, but you know how hard it can be to tell for sure from pics. I think a lot of times what sparkles is just some excess colorant that precipitates out of the glass mixture - just some sort of chemistry happening.
  17. I agree, you're building quite an MK collection.
  18. Looks contemporary, what size is it? Do you see any artists marks on it?
  19. For a proper ID, the most important thing is that the marbles in photos look like the marbles in hand, with respect to color and sharpness.
  20. Can't see much detail but Master seems like a good possibility. You should try to crop your pics - there's about 10X more background than marble and we pay for storage.

    Master

    Yes, Master.

    Rainbo?

    I think Peltier Rainbo too.
  23. Still JABO for me.
  24. I think Alley.
